Last week I wrote about the catnip Kick Stix I shared with my Cousin Pewter. Her Mom sent some photos of her enjoying them.

Sniff, sniff, sniff.
Pewter is a 14 year old lady cat, so there’s not a lot of kicking action! But it looks like she’s enjoying them.
The photos don’t do her justice, so here’s a close-up of her pretty face. 
And Cousin Sadie enjoyed chewing one of her new toys. She’s a relentless chewer so I’m guessing that toy is in lots of little bits by now. Sadie is about 1 year old and her training is progressing. She’s learning to ignore Pewter.

Pewter is 14?! She’s very beautiful. I”m so glad she enjoyed her toys. Sadie is a cutie and clearly enthusiastic about her new toy.
I am glad Pewter enjoyed her gifts. We just got one of these to try and my cats love it.
Pewter and Sadie are having a great time with their toys though we think Pewter’s Kick Stix is going last longer than Sadie’s toy.
I have a suspicion Sadie’s toy is already in the trash bin.
We love seeing cats and dogs enjoying toys 🙂

Pewter seems like a nice senior lady, too polite to really lay into a kicker. Trust me, when Binga was 14, she wasn’t above kicking the you-know-what out of one of them… in fact, she will be 17 sometime next month and she’s still pretty feisty! But that’s a tortie for you.

Oh, Sadie looks a little like our Luke! She definitely looks to be enjoying herself…that toy probably kept her busy at least for a a little while! Cats do like to be contrary – Pewter was probably kicking that stik as soon as the camera was put away. LOL
14 is just nicely mature! Bet she kicks that Kick Stix when no one is looking!
